How long does it take to receive my order?Each item is handmade to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production, plus delivery time depending on the shipping method you choose.

Do you accept returns?We accept returns only for defective or incorrect items. Customised products (e.g. pet tags with names or phone numbers) cannot be returned unless faulty. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Can I track my order?If you selected a tracked shipping option, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.

Do you offer international shipping?At the moment, we only ship within the UK. However, if you're located outside the UK and would like to place an order, please contact us — we may be able to help.

Can I customise my tag?Absolutely. All tags are personalised with your pet's name on the front and your phone number on the back. You can also request beads with phone numbers on the cord if you'd like.

What are the tags made of?Our tags are made from high-quality epoxy resin, combined with durable paracord and a stainless steel ring for secure attachment.

How do I care for my tag?Hand wash only in lukewarm water with mild soap, soak for 10–15 minutes, gently scrub with a soft brush, rinse and air dry. Avoid boiling, ironing, or drying in direct sunlight.

What if my item arrives damaged?If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at tailmate.uk@gmail.com with your order details and a photo. We’ll make it right.
